Miami FL. (Tuesday November 12th, 2013) (Big Time Media)—Pianist Arthur Hanlon played a sizzling set of dazzling instrumental tracks at the closing show of the Latin Grammy Acoustic Series, which took place Nov. 7 at the Ice Palace in Miami.
Backed by his seven-piece band, Hanlon alternated between his keyboard and his seven-foot Steinway in a show of energy and virtuosity, playing original material from his albums Encanto del Caribe and Piano Sin Fronteras as well as his radio hit “I’ll Be There.” The finishing touch was a Latin blues that fused together Arthur’s blues/Motown roots with his Latin music.
